March 2, 2026The scholarship is for $1200. It will be awarded to any graduate student who is selected by Purdue University to be the nominee for the NIH F99 Award and whose research areas relate to cancer or proposed postdoctoral research relates to cancer.
F31 ScholarshipAugust 23, 2025March 2, 2026The scholarship is awarded if the submitted F31 grant proposal is funded. Graduate students can then apply for a scholarship of $1,200. For this scholarship, the proposal MUST have high cancer relevance.
Summer Undergrad Research ExperienceNovember 3, 2025January 30, 2026The award is for $4,500 and must be matched by $1,500 in funds from the faculty sponsor for a total amount of $6,000. This award is to be paid to the student as a stipend over the 8-week summer period.
Bioinformatics AssistantshipNovember 3, 2025January 30, 2026The proposal will be funded at the current base support for a graduate student staff at 50 CUL or $28,000.  In addition to this salary support, fee remissions and fringe support are also included bringing the total funding for this position to $41,327. Rates may change per Graduate School approved rates for the new fiscal year.
SIRG Grad Research AssistantshipNovember 3, 2025January 30, 2026The amount of this award is a standard amount that the EVPRP office designates.
Gore Graduate AssistantshipNovember 3, 2025January 30, 2026Nominations for outstanding graduate students from cancer center member laboratories who are residents of India, enrolled in the College of Pharmacy’s graduate program (including PULSe students working in a College of Pharmacy faculty lab), and undertaking cancer-related research.
