PICR-SRF & WGHI: Bridging Clinical Insight and Patient Experience in Cancer Research Seminar

Join the PICR Society of Research Fellows and the Women’s Global Health Institute as they co-host a seminar bringing together two perspectives in cancer: clinical expertise and patient experience. The event will highlight the intersection of the two, fostering dialogue and collaboration across research and practice.

This seminar will feature: Dr. Jordan Schmitt, assistant professor of clinical medicine from the Indiana University School of Medicine. Schmitt is a medical oncologist who will be presenting the clinical case perspective. Additionally, a survivor and advocate panel from the Catherine Peachey Fund. Together, the speakers will emphasize the power of collaboration across research, care and advocacy.
