TSD Program Event: Chittaranjan Das

Chittaranjan Das, professor in the James Tarpo Jr. and Margaret Tarpo Department of Chemistry department at Purdue University, will be a speaker for the Program Events. The event is hosted by John Tesmer.

Das received his PhD from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (India). Following his Ph.D. education, he became a post-doc in Dr. Greg Petsko’s group at Harvard Medical School and Brandeis University. He uses X-ray crystallography to study the structure-function relationship of bacterial effectors that regulate ubiquitin signaling.
